At Radigone, we believe you should get to choose when your information is shared, which is one of the reasons we have created a platform where you can get paid for watching ads and sharing your information! Radigone (“Radigone”) operates the Radigone mobile application (“App”), the Radigone.com website (“Site”), and the pay-for-views in form of Radigone points and Bank transfer services offered through our platform (together with the App and the Sites), the (“Services”). Types of Information Collected

Through the Services, Radigone may collect both personal information and non-personal information about you.

Advertisers/Sponsors After you watch an ad, you confirm that we share your information with the applicable advertiser. We will only share your data if you affirmatively instruct us to via the platform.

If you are using the Services from other regions with laws governing data collection and use, please note that you are agreeing to the transfer of your Personal Data to India. India may have laws which are different, and potentially not as protective, as the laws of your own country. By providing your Personal Data, you consent to any transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, our platform is not intended for any users outside India.

Radigone employs physical, electronic and managerial control procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to your information. We choose these safeguards based on the sensitivity of the information that we collect, process and store and the current state of technology. Our outsourced service providers who support our operations are also vetted to ensure that they too have the appropriate organizational and technical measures in place to protect your information.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to the Services. Any transmission of information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services. In the event that there is breach in the information that we hold, we shall notify of such breach via email or via notice on the Services.

How Long do we Store Personal Data?

We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is collected. This length of time may vary according to the nature of your relationship with us. Personal Data will be purged after two years of nonuse of an account.

We may allow third-party service providers to deliver content and advertisements in connection with our Services and to provide anonymous site metrics and other analytics services. USERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18

Our Services are not intended for age under 18 years and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from age under 18. APPLICABLE LAW

Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Chandigarh.

JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES/SALE IN INDIA ONLY

Unless otherwise specified, the material on the Website is presented solely for the purpose of providing services in India. Radigone make no representation that materials in the Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations/Countries other than India. Those who choose to access this site from other locations/Countries other than India do so on their own initiative and Radigone is not responsible for supply of products/Service provider/professionals/refund for the products/services ordered from other locations/Countries other than India, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
